The I-Human Pulse Check provides a short culture temperature check designed to identify the behaviours, systems and structural factors shaping how people experience your organisation.
Because it is intentionally concise, the Pulse offers a high level snapshot rather than a full organisational diagnostic. It highlights emerging themes and areas that may require attention.
Organisations that wish to explore the findings in greater depth can undertake the I-Human Culture Diagnostic, a comprehensive assessment supported by a Leadership Insight Session to interpret results and identify practical priorities for action.
