janeace thompson
Janeace Thompson, Chartered FCIPD, brings over a decade of experience shaping inclusive, high-performing people functions across tech, media, retail, and music. She works at the intersection of people strategy, culture, and organisational effectiveness, helping organisations design systems that deliver both commercial value and lasting cultural impact.
WORK IN ACTION
Janeace has led global talent acquisition and senior executive hiring strategies, designed inclusive leadership frameworks embedded by executive teams, and implemented analytics-driven solutions that improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes. From developing enterprise-wide competency frameworks to launching Culture Ambassador networks across markets, her approach is both systems-led and people-centred, ensuring inclusion is practical, visible, and repeatable.

A builder by instinct and a respectful challenger by design, Janeace has restructured onboarding and return-to-work programmes to enhance engagement and retention, while embedding agility and belonging into the employee experience. Her experience spans VC-backed scale-ups, heritage organisations, luxury and consumer brands, complex regulated environments, and high-growth tech and media businesses, equipping her to advise and influence at C-suite level with both credibility and care.

Known for balancing commercial rigour with a deeply human approach, Janeace partners with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions that scale. She is particularly focused on enabling authentic, accountable leadership, building inclusive talent practices, and creating people experiences that support sustainable performance rather than short-term extraction.
